Network Solutions, Inc.'s Internet Service Agreement

These rules are designed to protect Network Solutions of AL, LLC, its employees and its customers, as well as to make your use of Network Solutions, Inc.'s Internet service a positive and secure experience.

As such, before using Network Solutions, Inc.'s Internet service, you must agree to the following terms and conditions. By accepting this agreement, and using Network Solutions, Inc.'s Internet service, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Network Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions stated in this document, as well as other policy documents, at any time by publishing the changes on the Network Solutions, Inc. Internet service.

2. Rights of access conveyed by this agreement are non-transferable. Use of the Internet account with Network Solutions of AL, LLC is expressly limited to the individual or dependents whose name appears on the application; or for business or group accounts, the valid employees of the business that appears on the application.

3. If User is under the age of 18 years, this agreement must be affirmed by the User's parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the activities of the User and any consequences thereof.

4. Network Solutions, Inc.'s Internet service makes no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, for the service it is providing. Network Solutions of AL, LLC disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Network Solutions, Inc. will not be responsible for any damage you suffer from use of its service including, but not limited to loss of data, delays, misdeliveries or service interruptions caused by Network Solutions, Inc. services or by the customer's errors or omissions.

5. Network Solutions, Inc.'s Internet service may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission of any material in violation of any US or state regulation is prohibited. This includes by is not limited to copyrighted material, threatening or obscene material or material protected by trade secret.

6.The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, Internet Solutions of AL, LLC from any claims, liabilities, losses, costs, damages or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of the User's use of Network Solutions of AL, LLC's Internet service, the information contained thereon, or the User's breach of this agreement.

7. Use of any information, programs or data obtained from or via Network Solutions, Inc.'s Internet service is at your own risk. Network Solutions, Inc.'s Internet service specifically denies any responsibility for the accuracy or quality of information obtained through its services.

8. Any form of harassment, or any malicious intent to cause harm to Network Solutions, Inc., to Internet Solutions of AL, LLC's network or to any other network or user reachable through Network Solutions, Inc. is cause for immediate account termination at Internet Solutions of AL, LLC's sole discretion without a refund for any remaining services.

9. Network Solutions, Inc. dial-up service may only be used on one computer on an interactive basis. The customer must be actively using the service when maintaining a connection. The use of any means (frequent email checks, bots or pings) to artificially maintain an unattended connection is against Network Solutions, Inc.'s Service Agreement. A customer may NOT operate any type of server from their dial-up connection. In addition, any intentional abuse of idle time-outs in order to perpetuate an otherwise idle connection is grounds for account termination.

10. The use of Network Solutions, Inc. services for any form of unsolicited bulk emailing will result in immediate termination of the customers account and is strictly prohibited. In addition, Network Solutions of Alabama, LLC may impose a service fee of up to five US dollars per recipient complaint and/or e-mail distributed, whichever is greater. No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts.

11. Network Solutions, Inc. and its staff reserve the right to deny access or terminate access to any customer for any reason, at Network Solutions, Inc.'s sole discretion. Accounts terminated for violating any of the above rules will not be prorated or refunded in any way.

12. Use of Network Solutions, Inc.'s Internet service constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
