Integrated Dental Service Bundle
We are proud to be able to offer our clients a truly all-in-one service bundle. This product will include everything you need to connect your office to the internet, keep it connected, and to make sure your data is safely backed up. Our company’s wide-ranging expertise allows us to offer all of these diversified services in one inexpensive package. We include DSL for internet access, onsite backup (with monitoring), offsite backup (with monitoring), daily monitoring of your server’s health, and up to two hours of phone support and remote maintenance or onsite service for any problems that might arise.

On-site Backup Package
This package is designed for businesses needing simple and reliable backups of their critical data. We provide you with an external hard drive, which is connected to your computer to store the data. We install customized software to backup your data between three and five times a week to the external drive. Detailed logs are kept during the backup process that provide valuable information about the status, problems, and successes of your backups. These logs are then sent to our technicians for evaluation each day that the backup is run. This action is performed nightly and automatically so you don’t need to worry about whether or not someone is running the backups or whether the backups are working properly. Since the external drive is portable, it is even possible for you to take the data with you for offsite storage.

Off-site Backup Package
This package is designed for businesses needing simple and reliable backups of their most critical data. Our remote backup servers are setup to securely contact your server and synchronize your valuable data to drives in our data center. This action is performed nightly and automatically. The data is encrypted in transit so that your information is not in danger of being read by hackers. Since the data is backed up off-site, even a natural disaster that destroys your server (and possibly your backup tapes) can be recovered in a timely manner. Since the system is automatic, you don’t need to worry about whether your backups are being done. We provide a secure web interface that gives you reports on the status of your backups, allows you to schedule a backup yourself, or even restore files to your server or a zip file. You can also be notified in the event of a backup failure via email. The offsite backup service keeps 5 full backups of your data giving you a full business week of protection.

DSL Service
Also included (where available) is our DSL service, which gives you fast 1.5 Mbit downstream and 256 Kbit upstream data rates. Your office also gets a static IP address which allows our technicians to work on your computers remotely in the event of a problem. This static IP also gives you the flexibility of working from home using a secure connection over the internet. If there is ever a problem with your network OR your internet, you can call ONE place and the people that you talk with are the people that are actually providing the service – not just reading out of a book.

Web Hosting
Your office needs a presence on the web, and we can provide that for you by hosting your website. You get email at your domain (e.g. you@yourdomain.com), statistics about who is hitting your site and when, and all the features you would expect from a full service web host. Having a site designed is easy, too, because we can do it for you at very reasonable prices.
